Starting off with figs as a beginner is a piece of cake. They're one of the easiest fruiting plants to grow. With almost no problems, you can almost let the trees do what they're meant to do. You may have some issues at first, but everything is a learning experience. Give them as much sun that you can afford. Feed them early in the season often more than less, keep your soil moist and you've pretty much got it.
