I made a Protectron From Fallout In Real Life IRL

Hello everybody! • This is a Protectron robot that I made to interact with guests as they went through a store. Many enjoyed it! I originally build it back in September of 2017 in a matter of a few days. It definitely is not perfect but it follows my art style of taking random everyday objects and making them into a cool robot! • It is styled after the Fallout 4 version of the robot. • Tech Stuff: • It runs off of one Arduino Uno board which controls its sound, servos and receives data from its Ultrasonic Motion Sensor. The main electronics run off of a 120 Volts AC to 5 Volts DC power supply. The lights in the head run off of two AA batteries, that way I could display the robot with the lights on and not need to keep the rest of it plugged in. Fun fact: The weird shaped metal thing it its head used to spin like in the games but the motor ended up failing about a month after building it and I have just never gotten around to fixing it. • #Fallout4 #FalloutRobot #Protectron
