Ingredients : • 2 cups crushed graham crackers • 1/2 cup butter, melted • 4 tablespoons white sugar • 2 bars of cream cheese at room temperature • 1 cup G • granulated sugar • 4 Large eggs • 1 cup All-purpose cream • 1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice or one small lemon • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour • blueberry filling (for the topping) • • Bake in a water bath at 325°F for 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the cake inside the oven for 1 hour.
