We also cover how to remove watermarks if you change your mind. • Steps to follow to Insert Watermark in Word: • 1. Open your document and go to the Design tab in the top menu. • 2. In the Page Background Group, select Watermark. • 3. Pick a preset option like 'Confidential' with diagonal text to apply it across all pages. • 4. For customization, click 'Watermark' again, then 'Custom Watermark' to open the Printed Watermark dialog. • 5. Change the text to anything you prefer, such as changing 'Confidential' to 'Sample Text'. • 6. Modify the font style, size, and color if desired.
