How do you cut steel grating, or bar grating? Most people still cut it by hand, but now there is an automated process that saves huge amounts of time and labor, and also improves accuracy and cut quality when compared to manual processes. ESAB's Grate Cutting System uses an oxy-fuel torch combined with a welding wire-feeder and automatic rotation system to provide continuous, automated, CNC programmable shape cutting on steel bar grating.
