Give it a shot for yourself! • Chris Bumstead's Chest Workout: • 1. High Cable Fly* - 3 x 12-15 • 2. Barbell Bench Press - 4 x 8-10** • 3. Incline Dumbbell Bench - 4 x 8 • 4a. Machine Fly 3 x 12 • 4b.
