This group of craters includes 1 main crater (called Nam Kar volcano, symbol M) and 2 secondary craters (symbols S1, S2), located in Krong No district. • The activity of Nam Kar volcano occurred 5.3 - 0.78 million years ago. The volcano has a truncated cone shape, or an inverted bowl shape, with a cone-shaped mouth that is concave in the middle; the surrounding crater edges are raised, typical of the central eruption type. • This volcano is not large in scale but has satellite volcanoes , which are unique in terms of formation, structure and divergence. Together with Nam Kar volcano, secondary volcano S2 and cinder cone S1 have created a cluster of craters with unique shapes in Dak Nong Geopark. • #daknongvlog
