Tennis Ball Pulldowns

Tennis ball pulldowns are a basic hand-eye coordination and conditioning drills for water polo goalies. Trying to block a smaller and faster moving ball forces the goalie to be quick and to track the tennis ball with their eyes all the way into their hand. • You can do this drill for single arm blocks and pulldowns and for two hand/arm pulldowns. The shooter can alternate their shot to each side in a predictable pattern.
