Setup. Get a pen and 1 person who already knows how to play. Can you play the pen game?” Stopping the pointing on another player when you finished talking. Hand the player the pen and see if they can play the pen game. If the player doesn’t say the word “okay” before saying “I can play the pen game. Can you play the pen game?” or if they say anything else. Then they cannot play the pen game. Take the pen back and repeat the process pointing to someone else. • Eventually someone will figure it out or accidentally say “okay” before the phrase. Affirm that they can play the pen game but do not reveal the secret. Continue playing with all the players, especially those who catch on, passing the pen around, until everyone figures it out.
