Developed by Eclipse Software and published by XSIV Games in 1995/2000 • Re-release of the quintessential DOS PC shoot 'em up from 1995, with a revised engine and additional fifth episode! The game is still the best DOS PC shooter of all time, thanks to brilliant visuals, a superb soundtrack, not to mention the awesome upgrade system. • I longplayed the game once before using a Roland SoundCanvas sound-font bank, which gave a pretty decent approximation of how the SC-55 sounded, but it wasn't perfect.
