I'm an adult late-starter ballet dancer, and I have been dancing for just under 5 years. I have been en pointe for about 2 years, but not consistently. I feel like I am still a beginner at pointe-work. I am VERY inflexible, especially in my shoulders, arms, and back. • This was the beginner/intermediate class that I took en pointe.
