Yin and Yang Interval Yoga Flow 40 Min Yoga Infusion

Today's class is a mix of yin and yang. We will be working on some powerful exercises, speeding things up, followed by long holds to focus on flexibility. • We find balance here by bringing in both the fire and water, the masculine and feminine. It's a little bit longer of a class to accommodate those long holds. • The focus is full body, but there is an emphasis on legs. So make sure you come back to this class often to find the perfect balance of strength and stretch. • If you have one, a block would be beneficial to have close by, or a bolster.
