Another AI(Udio) assisted track... This phrase I had first heard in a history class many, many, MANY moons ago and it just stuck with me... • I had jotted down the IDEA for the song in a self sent note on my blackberry back in 2011 and started fleshing it out in 2013... in my head it had kind of a Chuck Berry type groove to it (likely because I had been a fan of his rendition of (Never Can Tell) C'est La Vie revived by the dance scene in pulp fiction with a bit of a honkytonk country twist • I went through QUITE A FEW generations to get the music and delivery close... while the vocals are NOT Chuck (not by a long stretch), I think I did stay pretty close to the style... in the process of trying to find the right groove, • I also hit on a more laid back Bluesy vide and will post that variation as well... with THAT one it'll be hard NOT to hear Clapton's styling and even the vocals lol.
