For almost a year, I had heard about the Van Gogh Colored Pencils from highly respected and influential artists with the Colored Pencil world. After hearing so many good things about them, I wanted to try, test and review them for you. • They are very much an illusive pencil, difficult to find on Amazon etc, which is perhaps one of the reasons not many people have use them.
