Mindshifters! • I'm getting back into at-home workouts. I would like to trim more 'fat' (no pun intended hehehe) off of my monthly budget and decided that beachbody demand is an affordable option for me right now. So, I thought I'd start with LIIFT4 and work my way from there. I really enjoyed the workout! Please see my Pro's and Con's list below: • Pros: • It's only 4 workout days per week. • It's only 8 weeks. • The workouts do NOT exceed 37 minutes. • There's a moderator for every HIIT move. • Cons: • It's only 4 workout days per week. I know I know it's under my pro's as well but I was craving an additional day or two of lifting. • I would have liked more traditional cardio. • Too short.
