Here is how to make baked bacon easily for yourself or for yourself and others. I tried this because its soo time consuming to make a a whole pack of bacon in one, or even two, frying pans. So I thought to work smarter not harder! I still like to fry my eggs though but scrambled eggs is fast no matter how much I'm cooking. • Oven-Baked Bacon • Ingredients: • Bacon (as many slices as you want to cook) • Instructions: • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). • Prepare the baking sheet: • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. If you want extra crispiness, place an oven-safe wire rack on top of the baking sheet (this allows the bacon to cook more evenly). • Arrange the bacon: • Lay the bacon slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Don’t overlap the pieces. • Bake: • Place the tray in the oven and bake for 12-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bacon and your desired level of crispiness: • Thinner bacon: 12-15 minutes. • Thicker bacon: 15-20 minutes. • Drain: • Once cooked to your liking, remove the bacon from the oven.
