Performance you can expect is about 1650 level, but without propper gpu cooler you're leaving about 15% performance on the table. Shadowplay is unsupported which is a big downside for sure. Userbenchmark rates this GPU for 37,1% which is 86% of 1650s 42%. This GPU also has quite inadequate cooling.
