A while back I made a video about rebuilding the transfer case on the X5 when it chews up the front axle shaft splines, but I wasn't able to film the step by step on it because it was very windy where the car was stranded plus I just didn't have time. Well... I had to redo the job because the transfer case was leaking! Arg.
