I ordered just 5 days ago, and they stitched it, packaged it up, and mailed it across the USA... and it arrived from the point I ordered it to now in just 5 days. For three (3) hats too. That's pretty darn good for custom-made products that are this high quality. • Very easy to set up my transparent PNG logo on the hat. (see video to see where I placed it on the hat) • Love the snapback, retro style. • The embroidery is very high quality. I have precise little lines in my logo, and they still got them. • I hope to order more from Yupoong in the future. They do fine work. • P.s. The only downside to be aware of is the seller sometimes has snapback in the title of the product. That does not mean the product is actually a snapback hat. Look very closely at the photos of every hat variation you order. One of the hats they sent me was a Flexfit ( stretch-fit ) hat, even though it says snapback in the title of the product listing.
