I will be showing you how to make it creamy and cheesy. This Samp recipe is very easy to follow. • Ingredients and method below: • Creamy Cheesy Samp Ingredients: • 500ML / 2 CUPS OF SAMP • WATER • 1 TBSP SALT • BLACK PEPPER • 1 TBSP AROMAT • 2 TBSP BUTTER • 3/4HEAVY CREAM • PARMESAN CHEESE • 1/2 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE • Cooking instructions • Cook for 2 hours • Method: • 1. Soak samp in cold water overnight • 2. Add boiled water into a pot, add 1 tbsp of salt and 2 cups of soaked samp • 3. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat • 4. After 15 minutes or so, add butter to prevent your samp from burning and cover with a lid • 5. Keep adding water every 30 minutes • 6.
