Let's fire up our shoulders with this intense 30 minute dumbbell workout. We will be completing this workout as 2 supersets of 5 exercises each, repeated 3 times. Your shoulders will be on fire! • β‘οΈplease use the links below to shop my workout clothes equipment • I will be using 2 x 10 lbs dumbbells for most of the exercises, and an 18 lbs dumbbell/kettlebell for shoulder taps at the end. The number of repetitions is just a suggestion - please do as many as you can and take breaks when you need them. Remember to keep your core tight for max effect.
