Bruising 101 • Remember! Don't use shimmery products!! Matte is always your best bet for bruising. • Use picture references if you aren't sure how bruises should look naturally. • Yellow and warm browns are your friend! • Avoid Magenta!! It will look too fake and manufactured and come across as face paint. It's less convincing. • To darken up the eye, add some black or more of that eggplant colour to really get that deep socket believable. • If you want a fresher bruise, use less yellow/brown, and more red/blue/purple. Again, use pictures as references. • If you want your Cuts to stay longer, I suggest using a red lipliner instead of a lipstick (Unless it's long-wearing) so that it doesn't smudge. • If doing bruising on a body part, try using more cream products to get the effect as powder products will probably not last as long. • Pair this with a ripped up outfit, teased hair and maybe some blood spatter and you'll have a sick fight look! • Rimmel London Lipstick in Red Hot • MAC Lipstick in Cyber • MAC eyeshadow in Electric Eel, Rule, Chrome Yellow, Espresso, Fig 1, (I think I used Soft brown to blend out at one point too, oops!) • • Music: • Odyssey Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) • Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 • http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b... • The Complex Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) • Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 • http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b... • Lightless Dawn Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) • Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 • http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b...
