You can have your city council marriage here but obviously not your reception but that's fine as there are so many other places in the city. In the wedding room in the city hall, I was only booked for about two hours for both the ceremony and some portraits. Belfast city hall weddings should be booked well in advance as quite a few couples are looking to get married here. Your wedding in Belfast city hall should be booked one or two years in advance I would think so contact the council ASAP.
