In this video, we'll show you some of this page's most helpful features. Let's start with important messages. Here you'll find announcements of important updates, tips to some of the latest features and other information related to the Premier experience. These messages are updated often, so check back frequently. If you go to the center of the dashboard, you'll find monthly totals. This convenient feature allows you to quickly analyze month over month totals. The data automatically refreshes, so you'll see up to date results each time you log in. You can find other features in the monthly total section. For example, when you hover over certain areas, you can see the total charges for a specific month. If you want to change the date displayed, use the drop-down menu at the top. You can also view the breakdown of totals for that month, including the balance forward, current charges, and total amount billed. Simply want to see the full bill? Go to the full bill section by clicking on a specific month. If you order specialty reports from Premier, go to reports where you can quickly check the status and access completed reports by clicking on the link. In the Top Spenders section, you will see the wireless numbers with the highest current charges. Finally, use the chat feature to ask any questions you might have while navigating Premier.
