Police are tonight investigating circumstances under which a Nairobi based lawyer Assa Nyakundi 'accidentally' shot his son dead. Nyakundi is in the meantime recuperating in hospital after he suffered shock while in police cells. Lawyer Nyakundi who is under police guard at Nairobi hospital, said he accidently shot dead his 29-year-old son while in the family car.
