Our weekend took a last minute turn from a planned trip in the Whites to Mount Katahdin! We slept at the roaring brook campground and started our hike at 6:25am. We took the Cathedral trail up the mountain and Knifes edge down. We summited at 10:30 and finished our hike at 2:40. We had great weather and beautiful views!! The hike was very challenging but very rewarding! The second night we stayed at a camp on Ambajejus Lake and the water felt amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
