#adsrenvelope #adsr #flstudio21 • ADSR envelopes are among the most commonly used music production tools. An ADSR envelope in music production is a group of settings that allow you to modulate a sound or parameter. Adsr envelopes are use in every sound we make, but they may be misunderstood. • The attack time is how fast the sound or parameter rises to its maximum height. The DK time is how fast that perimeter falls from its maximum value to the sustain level. • The sustain level is the level where a parameter remains when a note or key is pressed and held down. The release time is how long it takes the sound to fade away or how long it takes the parameter to decline back to its original position when a note or key is no longer being pressed. • Free Presets • https://forum.image-line.com/viewtopi... • “ADSR stands for attack, decay, sustain, and release. • These are four different settings that let you change the length of a sound. • These can be part of any sound envelope. But you’ll usually use them in amplitude envelopes.” - Mastering.com • What is Amplitude in music? • “Amplitude is the relative strength of sound waves (transmitted vibrations), which we perceive as loudness or volume. Amplitude is measured in decibels (dB), which refer to the sound pressure level or intensity.” • • Link to Mastering.com • https://mastering.com/adsr/#:~:text=A.... • What is Amplitude in music? • https://www.nps.gov/subjects/sound/un.... • • Intro 0:00 • Free presets 0:40 • ADSR in music production 1:00 • Amplitude in music production 2:24 • Demonstration of ADSR 3:12 • ADSR Sound examples 5:50 • Conclusion 14:40 • ------------------------------------------------------------ • 👉👉 All links: https://linktr.ee/Incarnate55 • ------------------------------------------------------------ • FL Studio reference manual • https://www.image-line.com/fl-studio-...
