This course will introduce students to the principles and practice of plant pathology in agriculture, and horticulture. The course considers the causes, diagnosis, biology, epidemiology, and management of plant diseases. Current issues in plant health. • It provides the basic information about plant diseases, and their symptoms, epidemiology, endemic, plants defense mechanisms against pathogens caused by fungi, bacteria, nematodes, viruses, and parasitic higher plants.
