20 MINUTE Maltesers Cookies DELIGHTFULLY CHEWY

In this video, I'll be showing you how to make Maltesers Cookies. They are chewy, chocolatey, and delicious! • Makes 20-24 servings • RECIPE • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp. baking soda • 1/4 tsp. salt • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 1/4 cup granulated sugar • 3/4 cup brown sugar • 1 large egg • 1 tsp. vanilla extract • 1 cup chopped Maltesers • INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. • Roughly chop the Maltesers into medium chunks. Reserve 1/4 cup for decoration. • In a medium bowl, stir flour, baking soda and salt. • In a large bowl, beat softened unsalted butter until pale and fluffy on medium speed. • Beat in the white and brown sugar until light and fluffy. • Beat in egg then the vanilla. Add in the flour mixture. • Stir in the chopped Maltesers with a wooden spoon. • With a medium cookie scooper, place the dough onto the lined cookie sheets.
