How to Make A Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir Fry Waitrose

This sweet chilli chicken stir fry is a quick and easy dish made with ready-made stir fry vegetables, perfect for easy weekday dinners. • Ingredients: • 800g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Drumsticks • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce • 200g essential Waitrose Easy Cook Long Grain Rice • 1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil • 2 tsp Cooks' Ingredients Toasted Sesame Oil • 300g pack essential Waitrose Vegetable Stir Fry • Method: • 1 Preheat the oven to 200oC, gas mark 6. Score the flesh of the chicken, place in a roasting tin and coat in 1 tbsp of the soy sauce and the sweet chilli sauce. Roast for 30 minutes. • 2 Meanwhile, cook the rice in boiling water for 12--15 minutes, then drain.
