INDISCHE FRIKADEL PAN || INDO-DUTCH MEATLOAF || PERKEDEL • Indo-Dutch meatloaf is also known as Frikadel pan or perkedel. This cuisine is culinary heritage of both countries; the Netherlands and Indonesia and has evolved over a period of more than 350 years. I made this dish very often and my family enjoyed it so much. Frikadel pan is not only my family favorite but also a favorite of many Indo Dutch families that I would love to share with you all.
