Melt honey over low heat, add soda. Stirring constantly, boil over low heat for 1-2 minutes until a caramel shade is obtained. • 2. Add butter to this mixture and wait until it melts completely. • 3. Beat the eggs at the maximum speed of the mixer for 5 minutes, gradually adding all the sugar. • 4. Add the cooled mixture of honey and butter to the eggs and sift the flour in parts. • 5. Divide the dough into 2 parts, put the dough on a baking sheet, level it over the entire area with a spatula. • 6. Bake at 160 degrees for 6-8 minutes until the cake is ready (may take a little more or less time depending on the thickness of the cake). • 7. Trim the edges of the finished cakes, cut each cake into 2.3 or 4 parts. • 8. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar. • 9. Grind the cake cuts with a blender or coffee grinder. • 10. Coat the cooled cakes with sour cream, sprinkle the top and sides of the cake with crumbs. Let soak for 3-4 hours. • #honey cake #cake #recipe
