Here is a comparison between the stock exhaust, Akrapovic Slip-on, and the full system with Akrapovic Slip-on and Arrow Headers. The bike was tuned by MWC Performance in Port Orange, FL. • With the Power Commander, K N filter and Akrapovic Slip-on, the bike made around 40 horsepower at the wheel. • Exterior Video with sounds and flames: • Ninja 300 Exhaust Sounds + Fire • Night video with full system: • Kawasaki Ninja 300 Exhaust Flames • With the addition of the Arrow Headers and a new tune, the bike put down 41.57 horsepower at the wheel. The air/fuel ratio is around 13.2 and it shoots massive flames at night! • Launch Control: I managed to get the launch control to activate but because the Power Commander V with the Ninja 300 does not have a speed input signal to the PCV, the Launch Control could not disengage. I have tried it at 8,000 RPM and it is amazing. But then it just stayed at 8,000 RPM at wide open throttle. Dynojet, Please put instructions on how to wire a speed input for the Ninja 300.
