Hi Followers, • More AV reviews today as I have a deep passion for movies and getting that cinema feeling in the home. Here is the highly impressive Yamaha YSP 2700. Yeah I can hear the tuts from the Audiophiles already but this needs to be listened to to be believed. I've had this a month now and it is a super impressive bit of AV kit and does give an almost true 5.1/7.1 experience. The only thing holding it back is the sweet spot you need to be sat in to get the full effect but hell it has 3 memory presets to combat that. • This gets a big 5 out of 5 stars because it simply feels a bit like magic as I sit and watch Jurassic Park and wonder how this black oblong is placing those wire snap sounds right behind me as the T-Rex escapes? How is it giving me that room shaking thud of this giant's footfalls from such a small footprint? I've been installing and offering advice on Home Cinema for 25 years and this is now something that I'm recommending to all of those who ask for a discrete wire and multi speaker free system. • Another amazing product from Yamaha! Would now love to test the YSP 5600SW.
