Hello all my lovelies, let's talk about Ube Ensaymada today. So soft and fluffy and enriched with ube halaya that melts in your mouth. I'm so excited to share my recipe. • Here's what you'll need: • 1/2 cup melted butter • 1 cup warm milk ( warm fresh milk or UHT milk will do) • 1/4 cup sugar • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 eggs • 1 tbsp active dry yeast • 4 cups all purpose flour (plus 2 tbsp for dusting while kneading) • ube halaya • Ensaymada buttercream: • 1/2 cup butter (softened) • 1 cup icing sugar • 1 tsp vanilla • Thank you all so much for watching.
