How to Change spring: • All you need to be careful is don't let the cap hit you when you remove the bolt as the cap is • under spring load when you change sprinig. • so please use vise to clamp down the rod or change spring when actuator rod is hooked on the turbo flapper arm. • Steps: • 1. Use a vice to clamp down the rod and remove bolt on the cap. • 2. Remove the actuator from the clamping device carefully as the cap is still under spring load. • 3. Remove the cap and upper spring support with rod. • 4. Change the spring and make sure lower spring support in the right groove in the lower housing. • 5. Ensure there is copper Anti-Seize paste on the O-Ring and piston. • 6. Reassemble in reverse order. • 7.
