In a bowl, put the beef stips, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. • 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion in medium heat. • 3. Put in the marinated beef. Stir occasionally. Cook until the beef turns into light brown. • 4. Pour in 1 cup of water, add the beef broth cubes and the dried bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. • 5. Put in the beef liver, add the vinegar and then add the grated liver. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. • 6. Add 1/2 cup water and the put in the potatoes and carrots. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. • 7. Add the bell pepper and green peas. Simmer for 3 - 5 more minutes. • 8. Serve and Enjoy! 🍽️😊 • • Music: https://www.bensound.com
