Air Fryer Cauliflower Loaded Fries with Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing • Prep Time: 15 minutes • Cook Time: 15 minutes • Total Time: 30 minutes • 2-4 servings • Ingredients • • Cauliflower, small sized head • • 2 tablespoons olive oil • • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt • • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • • 4 ounces sharp cheddar, grated • • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt • • 3 tablespoons milk • • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill • • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt • • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped • • 1 large tomato, chopped • • 1/4 cup chopped red onion • • 2 tablespoons sliced chives • • 1 jalapeño, sliced • Instructions • Step 1: • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with foil. • Step 2: • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, approximately 6 cups, and place on the prepared • baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Air fry until • slightly charred and just tender, 12-14 minutes, stirring half way through cook time. Top with • grated cheddar and return to the air fryer until the cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. • Step 3: • Meanwhile, make the ranch dressing. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, • spices and salt in a medium bowl and set aside. • Step 4: • Remove from the cauliflower from the air fryer and top with bacon, tomatoes, red onion, chives • and jalapeños.
