This is not an aircheck; instead, this is a capture from WREX's promo archive reels. This was on reel #100, the first DVCPRO promo reel in the tape closet, obviously dubbed over from an earlier Beta reel. • Dates for the sign-on and sign-off are estimated: WREX switched to NBC in 1995, and a newer signoff was dated 1999 on its slate (stay tuned for that one) • I upscaled it to 960x720 so that YouTube could play it in 60-frame progressive (I'm pretty sure the 480 resolution is 30 max still). • I have no way of knowing when we started using the Air Force films, but we stopped around 2008 or 09 when we finally went all-infomercials on weekend overnights.
