Make your own pancake mix by combining the dry ingredients from your favorite pancake recipe in a ziplock bag or storage container. • It takes just a few minutes to do it and you can do multiple batches at the same time. • I use the recipe for my Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes: https://www.olgasflavorfactory.com/au... • I especially like doing this when we’re going on a vacation. This way, I don’t have to bring the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, measuring cups and spoons with us. • All I have to do is dump everything into a large bowl and add the liquid ingredients. Homemade pancakes on vacation are such a treat and perfect if you have to feed a crowd. • It’s also really convenient for really busy mornings at home.
