This is how to rewire your anxious brain or mind! When it comes to retraining your anxious mind, the subconscious is the main player. We have to remove the anxiety fear from our subconscious by doing small things every single day with our conscious mind. This is not easy and takes alot of time, patience and hard work. If you have anxiety disorders such as GAD, panic disorder, health anxiety or hypochondria, social anxiety, and depression, the concept remains the same. Simply wanting or desiring to get over anxiety or beat depression isnt going to be enough to overcome it. You have to put in the hard work everyday that is necessary to change your brain chemistry and eventually your subconscious mind. When i wanted to the best trumpet player, I practiced before school, during school, and after school for hours everyday. Just because I wanted to be the best didnt mean it was automatically destined for me. I had to work and take the proper steps to get there. The same applies for athletes or other professions. These are tips that you should be trying every single day to beat your anxiety! Dont skip any days and remember that there will still be bad days. Its how we handle the bad days, that determines how we progress. Make sure you are exercising daily, eating healthy, keeping a journal, taking a multivitamin, practicing meditation in the mornings and evenings, practicing cbt, keep counseling or therapy as an option, watch positive affirmation and asmr videos, join online support groups, and most importantly do this everyday and dont give up!
