The thrills, the landscapes, waking up to a different view every other day - these account for the satisfied feeling I talk about. But, they’re not everything. • • 7 billion people live in this world, most of them strangers to me. With every story I hear in a different country, the world is filled with less and less strangers, at least by a little. I leave a little piece of myself behind wherever I go… And in turn, they leave a piece of themselves with me. • • I began travelling years ago / with a desire to sate my curiosity by exploring parts of the globe. Today, I am still ever curious about what the world has to show me, not because I am dissatisfied, but because I realize that there is more to travelling than just sightseeing. • It’s the vibrance of culture. • It’s the spectrum of diversity a single area could have. • It’s how every experience changes you; even just a little. • It’s sharing the moments that matter with people who matter all the more. • It’s the endless opportunities waiting. • It’s more. • I could go on and on all day about the joys and wonders of adventure, of being out there and seeing the things I see.
