The electron transport chain is comprised of 5 complexes including ATP synthase. It uses NADH and FADH2 to create ATP via oxidative phosphorylation. • Electron transport inhibitors are rotenone, antimycin, and cyanide. ATP synthase inhibitors are oligomycin and uncoupling agents are 2,4-Dinitrophenol, aspirin, and hermogenin from brown fat. • The irreversible enzymes of gluconeogenesis are: pyruvate carboxylase, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEP carboxykinase), fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase, and glucose-6-phosphatase. • #usmle #usmlestep #medicine #medschool #medstudent #medicalstudent #doctor #medicalschool #mbbs #medical #neet #plab #medico #neetpg #futuredoctor #nurse #step #medlife #doctors #anatomy #surgery #medicos #premed #pathology #med #meded #fmge #pharmacology #studygram #bhfyp
