Saadat Abad and Darband are considered as part of District 1 in Tehran, which is situated in the northern part of the city. District 1 in Tehran, comprising Darband and Saadat Abad, is bordered to the north by Yadegar Imam Highway, to the east by Shahid Chamran Highway, to the west by Shahid Paknejad Boulevard, and to the south by Modarres Street and Dadman Boulevard.
