TRX Push-up Plus (Complete 10 reps) • Start with your feet in the straps of the TRX and walk yourself out into pushup position with your hands directly underneath your shoulders. Screw your hands into the ground (fingers straight but generating torque rotating out) as demonstrated in the video, draw your belly button into your spine and tuck your chin into your chest.
