How to Tighten Loom Knit Chain Cast on

Are your loom knit hat brims to loose and loopy? I'll show you how to fix that by tightening up the cast on. I'm showing this method using the chain cast on, but you can also use this technique with other loom knit cast ons. Just watch where the yarn is going and test it out with gentle tugs so you don't overwork the yarn.
