Here's a brief demonstration and summary of the process of applying an Antique Brass Patina to a fixture component. To begin, the part goes into an acid solution to alter the color of the brass. It's then neutralized, rubbed down to highlight the part, and rinsed with water. These steps are repeated depending on the finish color specified. The darker the color, the more it's been run through this process. Once the color is achieved, it's sprayed with a lacquer to protect the finish. • © 2020 Crenshaw Lighting • https://www.crenshawlighting.com/
