It is very easy and handy having my own chicken eggs from my backyard. Season with black pepper. Set aside to cool down. • In a big bowl, mix these ingredients: • 1 cup cheddar cheese • 8 whole eggs • 1/4 cup plain flour • 2 tbsp Philadelphia cream or • 1/2 cup thickened cream • cooled down suatèed bacon • 1 tbsp dill (you can add more or less) • *Mix all well! • Baking/cooking: • Use small (or big) cupcake thins. Grease or brush with any oil. Sprinkle with plain flour to prevent sticking. Scoop at least 2 tbsp of the mixture into your cupcake tin. • Cook at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. • Enjoy and happy cooking.
