While this isn't a radically new design it does add a lot of new features to the already excellent D800D/800e. The D810 is priced at $3299.99 USD. • The key differences are: • New 36.3MP full-frame sensor which does not have an OLPF (optical low-pass filter) • Expeed 4 processor • ISO 64-12800 (expandable from 32-51,200 ISO) • Electronic first-curtain shutter and redesigned mirror/shutter mechanism • 9MP 12-bit S-Raw mode • 5fps at full resolution FX mode, 7 fps in DX (15MP) when using battery grip and EN-EL18 or AA batteries • 6fps in DX mode without grip • 3.2 inch 1,229k dot RGBW LCD display with customizable color • OLED viewfinder information display • Split screen zoom display in live view allows horizons/lines to be leveled precisely • 51-point AF system with new Group Area AF mode (same as D4s) • Flat Picture Control mode (for video color grading) • Auto ISO available when shooting on manual mode during video recording • Zebra stripes in video mode • The ability to record to an external HDMI recorder and memory card simultaneously • Built-in stereo microphone • Highlight weighted metering option • Power aperture (progressive aperture change) available when recording to internal memory
