Human factors and systems safety expert Dr. Sidney Dekker explains Just Culture . • -Source: http://www.lunduniversity.lu.se/ • Sidney has gained worldwide acclaim for his groundbreaking work on human error and safety. He was previously at Lund University in Sweden as Professor where he founded the Leonardo da Vinci Laboratory for Complexity and Systems Thinking, as well as the MSc in Human Factors and System Safety. The program is still running, taking in practitioners from all over the world every year, and Sidney often finds the time to come to Sweden and teach a Learning Lab in the program. He has also been a Senior Fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and Visiting Academic in the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
